At $100, the Samsung Highnote “uses the ‘One Click’ UI designed by Frog, which automatically brings up context options when you scroll over a menu icon (phone, messaging, internet, etc…).” Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.

This is meant to streamline and simplify the user experience, but at this point, it’s too early in development to give impressions.

Netbook

According to early adopters, the first impressions of Dell’s Mini 9 NetBook “are of a solid, well made, light netbook with a very good, albeit glossy, screen.” Video after the break.

We already found that Dell was shipping out the first wave of Mini 9s to eager consumers, so it’s perfectly logical to see that at least one particular owner was able to stifle his excitement long enough to video the unboxing process and upload it to the intartubez.
