Motor Storm Pacific Rift for the PS3 “will move away from the desert environments of the original title and relocate itself in ‘a lush island environment, full of interactive vegetation’.” Videos after the break.

The Nintendo World Championship essentially “consisted of eight rounds, all separated into the three age groups. Contestants entered by going to one of 30 local competitions, which were held at the 1990 Nintendo PowerFest.” ScrewAttack takes a look back at this event after the break.
On the first two days of the PowerFest, contestants would play in groups of up to 50 at a time, and the top seven scorers were brought onto a main stage to compete against each other. Contestants could re-enter the first round as many times as they wished.

The first picture of Apple’s 4G iPod Nano has surfaced, showing the player in all its metallic orange glory and with the updated screen.
Thankfully, while it confirms everything we’ve been hearing about it, it’s much, much prettier and Apple-y than what Kevin Rose provided us with, which looked enjoy it was crapped out of a plastic robot Ewok or something before it had its picture taken.

The Fuel game from Codemasters “is planned to an open world racing game, with players experiencing varying weather effects such as tornadoes and sandstorms and a full day-night cycle.” Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.
The game world is stated to be 14.000 square kilometers big and players would be able to go anywhere they want. The gameworld will not have any loadingtimes while racing from one point to another. The players get to select from a variety of both 2-wheel cars as 4-wheel cars.
