New iPhone

Not all 3G iPhone concepts have to be drab, this “concept mock-up dispenses with the phone’s curved edges in favor of a more boxy look.” Click here for first picture in gallery.

Sanada has a well known reputation for coming up with some of the best Apple concept devices, including a Mac Air Tablet.

Game Dome

The jDome made its first public appearance at the Swedish Game Awards, and players seemed to enjoy the technology. Just to recap, this device “can modify the Field of View (FOV) in a game with a few easy commands - ergo the software “installed base” is enormous.” Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.

Just put a jDome in front of a projector, mirror the image in the projector, start your game and change the Field of View in it - it is actually as easy as that.

Living Room PC

If you want to combine a sleek Personal computer and home entertainment center in one unit, this modder has the answer. Called the “Reflection HTPC (Home Theater Personal Computer)”, this creation boasts an AMD 4850E dual core processor, 2GB of Corsair memory, two Seagate Barracuda ST31000340AS HDDs, and a Matrix Orbital GX Typhoon USB LCD. Click here for first picture in gallery.

So now, everything was in place and the case was finally done. As usual this means blended feelings: On one side, I’m very happy that the project is done; but as a wise man once stated, “The chase is better than the catch.”

Remote Control Mini Cooper

This R/C Mini Cooper from ThinkGeek feature all-electric engines that “run off of button type batteries and are very fuel efficient.” Video after the break. Click here for one more picture.

Hey… they can’t carry much groceries in the trunk, but they do feature full control with forward/reverse and right/left turning… plus the remote looks like a tiny cellphone. Take that high gas prices!

GRID Review

Yes, Codemasters has “gone back to the drawing board once again to come up with GRID, but is it the future of racing or just a pit stop along the way?” Find out after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.

The game will feature the most extensive range of events in the series, combining official circuit-based championships with road races and urban street competitions.

Hard Drive Music

So you’ve probably heard some form of hard drive music before, but not quite like this. This person used hard drives in conjunction with a Sinclair ZX Spectrum (rhythm and lead guitars), an HP Scanjet (bass guitar), and an Epson printer (drums) to recreate a Radiohead song. Video after the break.

It’s entirely possible this was all made on a computer or keyboard, but I’ll take it in good faith it was made as the creator claims. And I’d state this isn’t just a tiny different, it’s way different and spectacular.

Entertaining FedEx ad that features UPS inside the Fedex truck. The words on the UPS truck are German. Competitive advertisement at its best.

Backyard Water Slide

Unfortunately, you won’t find this looping water slide in backyards anytime soon, unless you’re in Germany that’s. Video after the break.

Rather than starting out sitting down and sliding into the steep part, you start standing up on a trap door that they pull out from underneath you.
