Auto enthusiast Filandri Moreno from Italy spent 4-years building the “Uragano”. Aside from the mechanical and electronic parts (engine, etc.), the frame/body were built from scratch. Click here for first picture in gallery.

Rather than figure out how to set up a backyard foundry, Moreno borrowed an 4.2 liter bent eight from an Audi A8 for motivation and hung a huge turbocharger off the rear for good measure
